So…
Apparently my cousin and uncle are going to be living here for a while… I love them and all but I’m not sure I can handle that.
1. My uncle is really dirty. My bathroom looks like a bunch of wild animals have been staying in there. He leaves his towels everywhere. He NEVER puts the lid or seat down on the toilet, which is bad because my dog likes to drink toilet water.
2. My mom always buys me certain foods because they’re either my favorite foods, because I asked for them or because she knows she’s going to be making a meal soon that I won’t like. Yet my cousin and uncle eat EVERYTHING. For example, I’m home a lot during the lunch time so my mom bought me some mini pizza’s… The other day I went to make one and they were all gone. I also love pears so my mom bought me 2 pears to eat, then the next day they were gone! I always ask my mom before I eat something that I’m not sure about because a lot of the time she has it for a meal or something.
3. I’m really sick of them just borrowing my car whenever they feel like it. I paid cash for that car… with MY OWN money, yet they’ve just been taking it whenever they want without asking anymore. I can’t even fill my gas tank up because if I do they’ll use it and not put gas back in. That’s so not right. Plus my cousin borrowed it last week then went out and got drunk WHILE HE HAD MY CAR. Really? Have some respect… I would never do that. I don’t even drink and drive in my own car, let alone someone else’s car.
4. My cousin is really mean to my dog. My dog is a puppy, so yes… he’s playful. However that doesn’t give ANYONE a right to hit or kick him. If you don’t like it don’t sit in my family’s living room. You are a visitor here and he isn’t. He may be a dog, but he lives here. If it were anyone else hurting my dog I would tell them to get the hell out.
5. Our house is small! We have no family room or game room, so basically the only place to watch TV is the living room. We have two bathrooms & three bedrooms. My cousin and uncle won’t sleep in the same room so my uncle sleeps on the couch. This makes it hard for my mom to babysit my nieces because he sleeps really late sometimes and they end up stuck in my parents room. If he goes to bed early then nobody can sit in the living room and watch TV. I have the world’s smallest TV in my room so I prefer to watch TV up here when I can and only watch TV down there when I’m going to sleep.
6. My familedy is FAR from wealthy or rich. Sometimes we have trouble feeding just us 3, yet my cousin eats more in one meal than I do in an entire day. If you were to take our dinner and put my serving, my mom’s serving and my dad’s serving together it wouldn’t be as much as my cousins. How are we supposed to feed more than twice the amount we normally do on the same budget?!
7. Our septic tank is so full right now that we can’t do laundry here… So we’ve all had to cut back on shower times and whatnot. I used to take two 15 mintues showers a day now I just take one 10 minute shower. Yet my uncle and cousin both take 20-30 minute showers!! Soon our yard is going to be flooded and we’re going to have to pay a fortune to get it fixed!
8. We all eat dinner at the table, but my uncle and cousin feel the need to sit on the couch and eat dinner where Coda can easily get to their food. So we have to listen to them yell at him and stuff or put him in his cage just so they can eat. Yes, he needs to learn not to climb on people, but the dinner table is there for a reason. If you’re going to chose to sit on the couch I don’t want to hear you complaining about the dog.
Sorry that this is basically just me bitching, but I had to get it out of my system. My mom is even upset about it because my dad hadn’t even mentioned it to her… I was the one who called and told her when I found out. She basically agrees with me on everything too. Oh well… that’s all for now. Time do some some work for Rookie!
