Life
I really have nothing to complain about right now. Everything is going great for me. Most importantly, I’ve finally decided on a major and I start school in a few weeks. I’m going to Full Sail. They have a lot of mixed reviews, but I’ve talked to quite a few people who have gone there and they all loved it. My uncle also lives right by the campus and he says he hears nothing but good stuff about it. They also have a lot of successful people in the music business now… Like they had 3 of their graduates work on Taylor Swifts last record, one worked on Single Ladies by Beyonce, one even works with Kanye West… Those are just a few. Plus, as most people already know… it’s not as much where you go to school, since you really don’t need to go to school to be a producer, but more of who you know. None of my credits transfer, but that’s fine with me… I’d rather do all the courses they offer anyways.
Me and Lizzie are also moving to Grand Rapids in a few months. I’d rather live somewhere warmer, but I’m okay with Michigan for another year I guess. I’ve been looking at apartments and there are quite a few really cute ones. I’m excited to finally live in a city again. Growing up in the suburbs of San Antonio and then moving here… was so NOT fun. I’m not sure exactly when we are moving, but it’ll probably be in early august. We have a lot of summer trips planned so it wouldn’t make sense to move before we do all them.
Also, I made a new friend. :) His name is Zach. He’s pretty much one of the nicest people ever. He’s in a band called Since Forever. Basically he’s just really chill and down to earth. I’m pretty sure I’ve never sent/received any texts as long as the ones we exchange… EVER. But we have very good conversations and I really enjoy talking to him. I’m stoked to meet him this summer. Everyone should definitely check out their band and watch some of their videos on youtube. I really like their sound, and I think they definitely have the potential to do something with their music.
There’s sooooo many other things I could talk about, but I’ve got some errands to run and whatnot. Hope everyone has a great day. <3
