It's a wonderful life to live

My name is Macy Ruhl. I'm a 21 year old musician/music lover. I run The Bigger Lights street team, as well as promote quite a few other bands. I spend half of my time promoting shows or going to them. I'm different from anyone you've ever met in your life, and I like it that way. I've been told that I'm intimidating before people get to know me. However, I promise I'm super friendly and I love talking to new people! So get to know me, I'm fun. :)

School

So since some people think they know how all college operate, I’ll explain how mine works.

Basically it’s year round. Yes, I know other schools are “year round”, but not the same way. Other schools have different semesters, whereas here you go to school for 32 months straight.

Most classes are about 4 weeks and you only take ONE at a time. You still have class just as much as a normal college, actually it ends up being a little more… You spend about 40 hours a week. So rather than dragging a class out for a whole semester and trying to spread your focus throughout several subjects you just get it done and move on to the next.

A normal school would take 4 years to get a bachelors and here it only takes a little over 2 and 1/2. I’m not transferring any of my credit because I’d rather just do the entire program and the courses are made to relate to your major.
